Physiotherapists are primary health providers and referral letters are not required to make appointments. However, if your GP or specialist has provided you a referral letter please forward a copy or bring it with you to your appointment.

After a discussion with your physiotherapist about your condition, an assessment of the area may be required.

An assessment can be internal (either vaginal or rectal), external (through clothing if desired) or via ultrasound and the choice is yours.

Treatment may involve education, products, exercises and modifications to your daily activities to help you achieve your goals.

Send a message using the contact form below or email us  with your availability and we will endeavour to find a time that suits.

If you have extras cover with your Private Health Insurance, you will likely receive a rebate on your physiotherapy treatment. The rebate you receive is dependent on your insurer and level of cover. Contact your insurer to confirm any rebates.

Treatments will need to be paid for in full at the conclusion of your appointment. Most Private Health Insurers have apps available through which you can easily claim your rebates.

For people with chronic conditions, Medicare offers a rebates as part of their Chronic Disease Management (CDM) scheme that entitles eligible patients up to five subsidised allied health professional appointments per year.

Previously known as Enhanced Primary Care (EPC), CDM appointments require a referral from your GP as part of a GP Management Plan (GPMP) and Team Care Arrangement (TCA).

Please discuss your condition and eligibility with your GP as GPMPs and TCAs can take some time to prepare.

Prior to any rebates, our fees are:

  • Initial Appointment (approx 60min): $240
  • Review Appointment (approx 30min): $140
  • Mastitis Initial or Review (approx 30min): $140

Discounts apply to the holders of Commonwealth Health Care and Pension Concession Cards

Accounts are to be paid in full at the time of consultation. Payments can be made by cash, debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)
